From an early age, Kaley Cuoco has been interested in science fiction as both a reader and an actress. Having been passed over for a few roles because she was too young or not quite right, she managed to pull off being the kidnapped damsel in distress for Denzel Washington’s sci-fi thriller Virtuosity. As the daughter of the protagonist’s therapist, Kaley’s character was kidnapped by the artificial intelligence and hidden away so that the computer program could be released back into virtual reality and not be destroyed after only forty-five minutes of screen time. Playing a secondary role to a self-aware and adaptive malevolent program, the youthful Kaley got to spout techno-babble and be as literate as she wanted, while still maintaining the tech savvy attitude of a teenager in the mid-nineties.

Naturally athletic and blonde, she was home-schooled and became quite the nerdy go-to gal for a few television shows before settling into Penny. While her most current role has her playing a stereotypical “dumb blonde” opposite three geeks on The Big Bang Theory, behind the scenes she’s just as likely to spout off random Star Trek facts or debate the merits of one gaming console over the other. Kaley now caters to the select crowd of nerds who get excited about television shows, and has had scenes cosplaying as various major sci-fi and motion picture icons.

Of course, most nerds are male, and they want to see sexy ladies more than anything, so it comes as no surprise that the prospect of a nude sci-fi babe will get a lot of attention from fans. It’s just a short stretch from looking at a scantily clad star on the television to watching one stretch herself to take care of several gentlemen at once on an even smaller screen, and a leap that only takes a few moments for those with the right searching skills. Whether she is posing as slave Leia, flashing a little skin during a photoshoot, or getting surreptitiously photographed having sex with three guys at once, there’s nothing wrong with being a hot chick who gets off on being into or known for science fiction.
